The warranty length is determined per job. You will need to ask your JR & Co. sales consultant what warranty can be applied to your needs.
Most manufacturer warranties leave the company who did the work to be obligated to do the repairs for the first 2 years of the warranty. Below, you will find definitions to commonly used roofing applications. If you don't see a term that you need information on, please let us know.

EPDM - (ethylene propylene dienemethylene terpolymer) This is a sulfur cure system. It is resistant to weathering and high temperatures. EPDM rubbers are used for outdoor applications. Durability features include: sunlight, ozone and oxidants. They are also resistent to water, steam and oxygenated solvents.

TPO - Are membranes that are flexible at low temperatures. The TPO polymer does not contain chlorine and no chlorine-containing ingredients are added during sheet production. TPO is an environmentally safe, “green” product.

PVC - Polyvinyl chloride. One of the most important features of this membrane is the heat welded application. Other features are: reflectivity, durable, resistant to puncture and flames.

elastomeric coating applications - Coating that is applied over current asphalt and metal roofing. A reflective roof will help keep your building cooler, while saving money on air conditioning. The A/C units will not have to work as hard to keep the building cool. White coatings reflects the sun's energy and a darker color will absorb heat. If your current roof type is dark, your roof is staying hot longer, therefore, your roof is absorbing heat longer, the heat will damage the roof over time much quicker. Many roof product manufacturers make white, energy efficient roofing. JR & Co. has a variety of options such as Duro-Last and 2001 Company.
